Has been spotted in Brooklyn

We’ve recently received a couple of reports that a self proclaimed pedophile has been spotted in Brooklyn.  He’s exploited his freedom of speech to frighten the broader community on local media and the web.  But you have the same freedom to speak your mind.  One place to start is the police non-emergency line 503-823-3333 x 1.  Our cops would like to keep tabs on this guy, so let them know.  He’s been spotted where kids gather.
