A new residential building is planned for 3230 SE Milwaukie Ave, the former site of U.S. Bank. Per the developer:

The work includes construction of a new 5-story residential building with 129 dwelling units. Main entry to the building is off SE Milwaukie Ave., with parking access from SE Kelly St. The ground floor consists of a variety of active amenity spaces, internal entry courtyard, residential units and parking. The upper five levels will be all residential, with a roof top deck, and partial eco-roof.
