The Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Coalition is one of seven neighborhood association coalitions in Portland supporting ninety-five neighborhoods. Join Southeast Uplift staff and members of the Brooklyn Action Corps for a casual “no-host” lunch at the Semaphore restaurant at 1639 SE Holgate Boulevard on Thursday November 5 at noon. This is an open invitation to anyone who wants to meet Southeast Uplift staff in a relaxed atmosphere at this venerable Brooklyn neighborhood eatery. Bring any questions, ideas, or suggestions regarding the neighborhood, the coalition, light rail issues, or anything else you’d like to discuss.
