Pipe dream? Nope. President Obama has made high-speed trains a priority. Our region got $560 million last year to get started.
Now, we have a shot at getting millions more in the coming years — but only if Oregonians speak up and show lawmakers that we want high-speed rail. Oregon officials want to hear from you. They are holding an open house to present the plan, answer questions and get your input.
