Brooklyn Community Garden Ground Breaking Celebration SATURDAY, JUNE 2 — 9 a.m. ‘Shovel Ceremony’ followed by refreshments and a general site clean-up and organization. Celebrate the beginning of the Brooklyn Community Garden. Everyone is welcome. Wear your garden clothes, gloves and boots. Bring shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows. Rain or Shine.
