This year’s offerings for the Jackpot Records Film & Music Festival will be the first time most of these celluloid gems have graced the large screen in Portland. The festival runs September 24 – 28, 2012 and will be held at the historic Bagdad Theater; doors open at 8 p.m. forall shows. At this all ages event all films are five dollars admission (minors are allowed with parents). The festival also features Q & A’s with Mudhoney guitarist Steve Turner on Tuesday, August 25 and director, editor and co-cinematographer, Keith Shapiro on Friday, August 28 (Q & A’s to follow films).
