Forum on the Portland Public Water District May 2014 Ballot Measure
Does Portland need to create a Public Water District to cut rates and improve management?
Come to this informational meeting about the Portland Public Water District Ballot Initiative.

Chief Petitioners Floy Jones and Kent Craford will discuss the extensive history supporting the need for utility reform and review the specific provisions of the Portland Public Water District ballot measure. Prohibit privatization, regionalization, blending Bull Run water with other lower quality sources such as the Willamette and ensconce Bull Run protections in the City Charter. There will be plenty of time for Q and A. Stop City Hall abuses, get the facts and get involved.
