Chief Petitioners Floy Jones and Kent Craford will discuss the extensive history supporting the need for utility reform and review the specific provisions of the Portland Public Water District ballot measure. Prohibit privatization, regionalization, blending Bull Run water with other lower quality sources such as the Willamette and ensconce Bull Run protections in the City Charter.
