Four-week “freeze” starting today in Multnomah County

Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, new restrictions are coming into effect across Oregon. There is a four-week “freeze” in Multnomah County (through December 16), and a statewide “freeze” for at least 2 weeks. During this time, there are new recommendations and restrictions on businesses and social gatherings.
