Metro Councilor Robert Liberty will be the featured speaker at this month’s Brooklyn Action Corps General Meeting.  Mr. Liberty will speak on the topic of transit oriented development and the expansion of the MAX light rail system.  He has also been an outspoken critic of the Columbia River Crossing project.

This month’s meeting will also include a brief update on the City of Portland’s proposals to close the Southeast Portland Police Precinct and to eliminate the Abandoned Auto Hotline program.

The meeting will start at 7:00PM and will be held at the Thelma Skelton Loaves and Fishes Center, located at the corner of SE Milwaukie Avenue and Center Street.
