TriMet is working to release its Advantis Property, at 3717 SE 17th Avenue, for redevelopment. A committee of neighborhood representatives is working with TriMet to shape developer selection for the property. The committee would like your feedback on criteria that will be used to compare different proposals for redevelopment. Take the online poll and spread the word among your neighbors. The poll closes June 9th. The finalized criteria will be presented at the July BAC Board meeting. Developer solicitation will begin late summer.
